The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, will make his first visit to China in October, ever since he assumed the office of Prime Minister. He’ll make this visit upon the invitation of the Chinese premier, Li Keqiang, who invited him after congratulating him on winning the elections. During their talk, areas of mutual interest were discussed, with special emphasis given to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), which will be discussed in detail on his visit to China.
It will be Khan’s first visit to China after assuming office of Prime Minister.
The date of his visit in date and meeting schedule with Chinese officials is being finalized, the sources added.
The Premier will discuss CEPC project with Chinese leadership besides exchanging views on economic cooperation.
